Key Responsibilities

• Lead full project life-cycle: RFP-to-delivery, including detailed planning (scope, timelines, budget, resources)
• Manage project teams: assign tasks, monitor progress, ensure quality deliverables
• Stakeholder collaboration: engage senior management, client teams, and vendors
• Risk & change management: identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, handle scope or cost changes
• Reporting & governance: deliver regular status updates, conduct post-project reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8–10 years in SAP functional consulting; 2+ years as a Project Manager
• Strong functional understanding of SAP modules (FICO, SD, MM preferred)
• Excellent project management (PMP/Prince2 advantage) and technical analytical skills
• Outstanding communication, leadership, stakeholder management, facilitation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to motivate teams and stay organized in challenging, international environments
