SAP Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle SAP-ERP implementations.
• Manage SAP projects specifically in State Transmission Utility / Public Sector verticals
• Plan activities and allocate project resources effectively
• Organize, motivate, and manage project teams for successful delivery
• Define and control project timelines, deliverables, and milestones
• Estimate costs and develop comprehensive project budgets
• Ensure project outcomes meet client expectations and satisfaction
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks proactively
• Monitor project performance and ensure timely reporting to stakeholders
• Maintain all necessary project documentation and audit trails

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in

  SAP Project Management

• Hands-on expertise in at least

  one SAP module

  : SD, FI, PP, or MM
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile preferred)
• Excellent team leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Ability to handle pressure, lead cross-functional teams, and manage client-facing engagements
• PMP / PRINCE2 certification (preferred but not mandatory)
