Job Description

Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, anddelivery of SAP projects across various modules and business functions. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of managing complex SAP implementations, rollouts, or upgrades (preferably S/4HANA) and driving successful business outcomes through effectivestakeholder collaboration, governance, and delivery excellence Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP projects, including scope definition, planning,execution, and closure.- Manage project budgets, timelines, resource allocation, and overall projectgovernance.- Drive SAP implementation, upgrade, and rollout projects (preferably S/4HANA).- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business users, functionalconsultants, developers, and testing teams.- Ensure alignment with business goals and manage stakeholder expectationsthroughout the project lifecycle.- Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies; implement effective mitigation andresolution plans.- Oversee change management and ensure adherence to organizational and SAPstandards.- Ensure quality assurance processes are followed across all project phases.- Provide leadership and guidance to the project team to ensure timely delivery of keymilestones.- Coordinate with global teams and vendors to ensure seamless project integration.- Prepare and present project status reports and dashboards to senior management.- Continuously improve project delivery frameworks and support SAP governanceprocesses. Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration (Masters degree preferred).- 10+ years of total experience, with 5+ years managing SAP projects.- Proven track record of successful SAP implementations, upgrades, or rollouts.- Hands-on experience with S/4HANA projects (preferred).- Strong understanding of SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, QM, HCM, etc.) andcross-functional integration.- Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager, Cloud ALM, and testing tools such as Jira,Tosca, HP ALM, or SAP Test Suite.- Knowledge of project management methodologies Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid.- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Certifications preferred: PMP, Prince2, or SAP Activate Project Manager.- Experience managing onshore-offshore delivery models and vendor coordination.- Exposure to budget forecasting, resource planning, and portfolio-level reporting is anadvantage.
