SAP Project Manager

Qualifications

• Proven experience in SAP Project Management, including the ability to lead and manage complex projects.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in evaluating and interpreting data to support organizational objectives.
• Experience with Plant Maintenance and the ability to manage and optimize related workflows within an SAP environment.
• Comprehensive understanding of business processes and their integration within SAP systems.
• Demonstrated proficiency in project implementation and the ability to meet deadlines effectively.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP or PRINCE2) and familiarity with other ERP systems are advantageous.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation and upgrade projects.

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business strategy.

Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Coordinate with business and technical teams to ensure seamless integration and adoption.

Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure proactive issue resolution.

Report project progress, KPIs, and outcomes to senior leadership.

Champion best practices in SAP project governance and change management.
