Ensures the programme runs efficiently, transparently, and in full compliance with client governance and RISE with SAP delivery standards.
Owns meeting orchestration, documentation control, RAID and decision tracking, and integrated planning — leveraging AI tools (e.g. Copilot, Cloud ALM Insights, Meeting Recap) to automate reporting and knowledge capture.
• Coordinate meetings, calendars, documentation, and deliverables across all workstreams.
• Maintain RAID and decision registers, ensuring ownership and traceability.
• Manage RFP administration, document control, and procurement coordination.
• Support integrated planning, milestone tracking, and status reporting.
• Maintain structured SharePoint and SAP Cloud ALM repositories aligned with AI search.
• Operate and improve AI-enabled PMO tools (Copilot, ALM Bots, Power BI dashboards).
• Ensure SteerCo, Design Authority, and governance forums run to schedule and are fully documented.
