Mandatory Skills:

The SAP PP Production Planning QM Quality Management Consultant will be responsible for providing ongoing support issue resolution and enhancements for SAP PP and QM modules in a live production environment The role involves working closely with business users analyzing incidents troubleshooting and ensuring smooth operations of manufacturing and quality processes

Key Responsibilities

Incident Management Support

Handle daytoday support tickets related to SAP PP and QM modules

Analyze troubleshoot and resolve issues within agreed SLAs

Provide root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes

Process Monitoring Optimization

Monitor production planning and quality management processes in SAP

Ensure smooth execution of MRP runs production orders and inspection lots

Suggest process improvements and minor enhancements

Configuration Enhancements

Perform minor configuration changes in PP and QM as per business requirements

Support integration with other SAP modules MM SD WM

User Support Training

Assist endusers with functional queries and provide guidance on best practices

Conduct knowledge transfer sessions for business teams

Documentation Compliance

Maintain detailed documentation of changes fixes and enhancements

Ensure compliance with organizational and SAP standards

Required Skills Experience

Strong functional knowledge of SAP PP Master Data BOM Routing MRP Production Orders and SAP QM Inspection Plans Inspection Lots Quality Notifications

Experience in support projects with ticket handling and SLA adherence

Understanding of integration points with MM SD and WM modules

Ability to analyze ABAP debug logs basic level for issue resolution

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Exposure to S4HANA environment

Basic knowledge of IDOCs and interfaces

Experience in batch management and serial number handling
