Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining all master data in Production planning module (S&OP, Work center, ECN, BOM, Routing, Production version)
  • Maintaining all master data in Quality management module (MIC's, sampling procedure/method, DMR, Inspection type, Inspection plan, Quality notifications)
  • Maintaining all master data in Plant maintenance module (MIC's, sampling procedure, work center, functional location, equipment master, task list, maintenance plan, class, characteristics & transactional data such as preventive/corrective/breakdown/AMC/Calibration maintenances
  • Trouble shooting the errors faced in transactional data of all the above Production/Quality/Plant maintenance modules
  • Checking & maintaining MRP/Quality relevant data in Material master Generation of SQVI reports for all modules with good table knowledge New Process definition (Best practices) for PP/QM/PM modules
  • Preparation of user manuals/Test cases/Testing/Trouble shooting for new developments & existing developments in Dev/QAS/Prd server
  • Data upload in templates such as BAPI, LTMC, BDC. SAP GUI Visual Basic scripting for repetitive actions in same transactions
  • Serial number management for materials such as Engine/Transmission/FG. Maintaining developed screen variants in all the modules (PP/QM/PM)
  • Scheduling maintenance plans if users face any discrepancies (Individual or mass) Configurations & importing TR requests across clients
  • Monthly end user training in all the modules (PP/QM/PM) for better understanding & effective utilization of the ERP
  • Ticket creation/maintenance with external support team
