Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP IS Retail and excellent technical skills. This position is based in Kolkata.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and implement SAP IS Retail solutions for clients.
Provide technical support and training to end-users on SAP IS Retail.
Analyze business requirements and develop solutions using SAP IS Retail.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP IS Retail.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP IS Retail.
Develop and maintain documentation of SAP IS Retail implementations.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of SAP IS Retail, including configuration, testing, and deployment.
Experience working with CAR (Customer Relationship Assistant) is desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Management, or Computer Applications is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
