Stay up-to-date with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP ERP HCM best practices: • Keep abreast of new releases, features, and integration options. • Required Skills and Qualifications: • Strong knowledge of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors: Deep understanding of SAP ERP HCM, particularly Personnel Administration, and SuccessFactors Employee Central. Experience with HR Mini Master: • Hands-on experience with HR Mini Master configuration, data migration, and troubleshooting. Understanding of replication processes: • Familiarity with data replication technologies, including web services and middleware solutions. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills: • Ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues. Excellent communication skills: • Ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively. Bachelor's degree in a related field: • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Human Resources is beneficial. SAP HCM certification is a plus: • Formal certification in SAP HCM can demonstrate a high level of expertise. Experience with data migration tools (e.g., LSMW) is a plus: • Familiarity with data migration tools can facilitate efficient data transfer.
