Job Description We are looking for an experienced SAP HANA/SQL Developer with 6 to 10 years of hands-on experience in analytics, data warehousing, and ETL development. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in complex SQL programming, SAP HANA development, and modern ETL tools such as Azure Data Factory , SAP BODS , Informatica , or SSIS . You will be responsible for analyzing requirements, designing scalable data solutions, and implementing high-performance applications with strong attention to detail, performance, and security. Key Responsibilities Understand and analyze business requirements to convert them into technical design documents. Design, develop, and optimize SAP HANA data models (views, procedures, indexes). Develop and troubleshoot complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts. Implement ETL solutions using Azure Data Factory, BODS, Informatica, or SSIS. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality analytics and reporting solutions. Conduct root cause analysis and performance tuning of data models and ETL processes. Prepare technical documentation and training materials as needed. Provide accurate effort estimations for new and enhancement work. Ensure compliance with coding standards, security guidelines, and performance benchmarks. Actively contribute to continuous improvement and process optimization. Required Skills 6–10 years of experience in SQL development and SAP HANA. Hands-on experience with complex SQL programming, stored procedures, and performance tuning. Strong experience with at least one ETL tool: Azure Data Factory / SAP BODS / Informatica / SSIS. Solid understanding of data warehouse concepts and reporting architecture. Familiarity with Cloud environments like Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory is a plus. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Self-starter with the ability to take ownership and work in a fast-paced team environment. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. SAP certification in HANA or Data Management tools is an added advantage. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
