Job Title: Business Systems Analyst (BSA) Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid) Experience: 3-5 years Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to drive product requirement discussions, translate business needs into detailed documentation, and support Agile development teams. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in Agile methodologies , have strong experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) , and be able to write Epics , User Stories , and Features . Key Responsibilities Lead requirement gathering and product discussions with business stakeholders Document and manage Epics, Features, and User Stories in ADO Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and QA to ensure clarity and completeness of requirements Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product demos in an Agile setup Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure alignment Must-Have Skills Strong experience as a BSA in Agile environments Proficiency in Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog management Expertise in writing Epics, Features, and User Stories Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to translate business needs into technical documentation Skills: business systems analysis,agile,azure devops,ado,epics,business systems,agile methodologies,user stories,stakeholder management,technical documentation,feature documentation,documentation Show more Show less
