Sap Finance Control Consultant

Hiring: SAP FICO Consultant (General FI / Multi-Module Expertise)

Project: FAST – Finance as a Service Transformation

Location: Remote

We are looking for a Senior SAP FICO Consultant with strong expertise across general FI submodules—including Asset Accounting, Banking, Tax, Cost Accounting, and broader FI reporting—to support a major S/4HANA reporting transformation for Singapore & Mexico rollout.

This role is ideal for an FI expert who has experience beyond AR/AP/GL and can work independently on reporting, data mapping, and financial process redesign as part of a global transformation initiative.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze existing ECC FI reports and map them to S/4HANA structures

Develop functional specifications, FRDs, BRDs, and data mapping documents

Conduct FIT/GAP analysis and define To-Be processes across multiple FI domains

Validate financial flows across Asset Accounting, Banking, Tax, Cash Management, Cost Centers, etc.

Support unit testing & integration testing for cross-functional FI reporting

Work with BI/Data teams to ensure accurate integration to GDL (Global Data Lake)

Align reporting outputs with global templates and governance standards

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of SAP FI experience with strong multi-module exposure

Deep hands-on experience in:

✔ Asset Accounting (AA)

✔ Banking & Cash Management

✔ Tax & Compliance

✔ Cost Accounting / Cost Elements

✔ General FI reporting

Strong experience in ECC + S/4HANA financial structures

Able to write high-quality functional specs, FRDs/BRDs, process documents

Solid understanding of Universal Journal (ACDOCA) and FI data models

Experience with brownfield migration projects

Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills
