Job Description

SAP FICO Consultant

Key Responsibilities


• Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP FICO

• Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements

• Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements

• Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients’ needs.

• Design, customize, configure and testing of FICO

• Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.

• Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyse, and solve software problems. Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues;

• Document functional designs, test cases and results.

• Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements

• Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects

• Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.

• Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required


Desired Skill & Experience


• Minimum of 2+ years designing and configuring FICO modules

• Minimum a full cycle of SAP implementation as well as in support projects.

• Must have process knowledge – planning, design, development, testing and deployment of SAP Controlling

• Should be able to carry out complete FICO process set up including Asset management

• Must have configuration knowledge – Good understanding of master data related to FICO module

• Good to have integration knowledge – FI-SD, FI-PP & MM-FI, FI-PS, FI-PM

• Having good knowledge in table relationship will be an added advantage

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time

• Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective and provide FS to developer

• Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others

• SAP certification preferred


Professional Experience


• Should have worked on 2-3 Full cycle Implementation projects with atleast one experience in S/4 HANA project.

• Excellent Client Management and Interpersonal skills

• Strong Communication skills


Qualification


B.Com / Graduate in any stream with MBA in Finance will be an added advantage
