Sap Finance Control Consultant

As a Senior SAP FICO Consultant at our company, you will be utilizing your expertise in SAP FICO with a focus on GST, TDS, and global tax configurations to contribute to cutting-edge S/4HANA transformation projects. Your role will involve leading the configuration and implementation of SAP FICO modules such as GL, AP, AR, AA, CO, and Bank Accounting within S/4HANA. Additionally, you will design and configure tax processes including GST, TDS, Withholding Tax, and VAT, ensuring compliance with legal/statutory requirements and supporting audits. Collaboration with cross-functional teams including SD, MM, and PP for tax-relevant transactions will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. You will also be involved in conducting workshops, blueprinting, testing, and training activities. Furthermore, leading or supporting data migration using tools like LTMC, LSMW, BODS, and Fiori reporting will be part of your scope. Providing post-go-live support and driving continuous improvements in finance solutions will be essential to your role. To excel in this position, you should possess a minimum of 10 years of SAP FICO experience, including at least 2 S/4HANA implementations. Hands-on expertise in Taxation configuration, especially in GST, TDS, and VAT, is crucial. Familiarity with the Universal Journal (ACDOCA) and Fiori apps is also required. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential for effective collaboration with internal teams and clients. While not mandatory, having SAP Certification in FICO or S/4HANA, experience with platforms like Vertex, SAF-T, or e-invoicing, and a finance background such as CA, CMA, or MBA (Finance) would be advantageous. Exposure to domains like Manufacturing, Retail, FMCG, or BFSI is considered a plus.
