Job Title: SAP EHS Incident Management Consultant
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced SAP EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) Consultant with strong expertise in Incident Management. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of configuration, customization, and reporting within the EHS Incident Management module and should be able to provide end-to-end functional and technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and customize SAP EHS Incident Management processes to meet business requirements.
Develop and optimize incident recording, investigation, and corrective action workflows.
Design and generate EHS reports, dashboards, and KPIs for compliance and performance tracking.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integration between EHS, HR, and Logistics modules.
Provide incident management user training, support, and issue resolution.
Ensure compliance with organizational and legal safety reporting requirements.
Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years of experience in SAP EHS with a strong focus on Incident Management.
Hands-on experience in EHS configuration, master data setup, and reporting tools.
Strong understanding of EHS processes, including risk assessment, audits, and corrective actions.
Experience with SAP Fiori and Analytics tools for EHS reporting (preferred).
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
