SAP Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Enable Now Consultant with at least 3–5 years of hands-on experience in creating engaging demos and eLearning courses using SAP Enable Now. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of instructional design principles, digital content creation, and SAP systems to support end-user enablement and training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Development in SAP Enable Now:

• Design and develop high-quality simulations, guided tours, context help, and eLearning modules using SAP Enable Now Producer.
• Build and maintain structured workareas, document types, and templates aligned with organizational standards.
• Apply instructional design principles to create learner-centric content that supports performance improvement and knowledge retention.
• Conduct audience analysis and learning needs assessments to tailor content appropriately.
• Develop storyboards and learning paths that align with business processes and user roles.
• Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), process owners, and project teams to gather content requirements and validate accuracy.
• Translate complex SAP processes into intuitive and engaging learning experiences.
• Maintain version control and update Enable Now content in line with system upgrades, process changes, and feedback.
• Ensure content is SCORM-compliant and compatible with LMS platforms where applicable.
• Perform thorough reviews and testing of Enable Now content to ensure functionality, clarity, and consistency.
• Troubleshoot issues related to playback, navigation, and integration with SAP systems.
• Manage content deployment, user roles, and permissions within Enable Now Manager.
• Monitor usage analytics and feedback to continuously improve content effectiveness.

• Training & Support:

• Provide guidance and training to internal teams on using Enable Now tools and best practices.
• Support change management and user adoption initiatives through effective enablement strategies.
