SAP SuccessFactors RCM (Recruitment Management) and RMK (Recruiting Marketing) specialist role, encompassing the key responsibilities, required skills, and desirable attributes for success in this position.

This role involves collaborating with HR, recruiters, and marketing teams to attract, engage, and hire top talent. The specialist will design and configure career sites, manage job requisitions, track candidates, and integrate the system with other HR modules

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementation and Configuration:

• Lead the implementation, configuration, and customization of RCM and RMK modules.

• Configure job requisition workflows, approval processes, and job postings.

• Manage candidate application processes, including communication templates and interview workflows.

• Design and configure career sites using RMK's Career Site Builder.

• System Management and Support:

• Maintain and support the RCM and RMK modules, ensuring data integrity and compliance.

• Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions for RCM/RMK related problems.

• Develop and maintain documentation, including configuration guides and user manuals.

• Integration:

• Integrate RCM and RMK with other SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Onboarding, Employee Central) and third-party tools.

• Ensure seamless integration of all platforms involved in the recruitment process.

• Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Collaborate with HR, recruiters, and marketing teams to understand their requirements and translate them into effective solutions.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

• Recruitment Marketing:

• Utilize RMK to enhance employer branding and attract top talent.

• Optimize job distribution across various channels, including social media and job boards.

• Create engaging and personalized candidate experiences.

Required Skills and Experience:

• SAP SuccessFactors RCM and RMK Expertise:

Minimum of 2-3 end-to-end implementation experience in RCM and RMK is required.

• Technical Proficiency:

Strong understanding of data models, recruiting settings, candidate status sets, career sites, and integration setups.

• Implementation Experience:

Proven experience in leading and delivering SAP SuccessFactors implementations.

• Configuration Skills:

Expertise in configuring job requisition templates, offer letter setup, and other related features.

• Integration Knowledge:

Experience integrating RCM/RMK with other SAP SuccessFactors modules and external systems.

• Analytical Skills:

Ability to analyze data, identify issues, and propose solutions.

IMPLEMENTATION + SUPPORT Experience of SAP SuccessFactors RCM (Recruitment Management Module)

Good and must have skills: SAP SUCCESSFACTORS RCM RMK CSB

Experience in supporting Multi-Country Global Rollouts

SAP Certification in RCM RMK CSB would be beneficial

Excellent Problem-solving and analytical skills
