Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design and build of SAP Central Finance (CFIN) landscapes on S/4HANA, mapping source systems, chart of accounts and cost objects.
Configure key FI/CO components, SLT replication, and AIF error handling to ensure accurate, near real-time financial postings.
Drive data migration strategy—initial load, delta replication and reconciliation—leveraging SAP Landscape Transformation tools.
Collaborate with Business Process Owners to gather requirements, create functional specs and align global template.
Coordinate integration testing, cut-over planning, and hypercare, enforcing SAP best practices and governance.
Mentor junior consultants and liaise with BASIS/ABAP teams to resolve performance, integration and security issues.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have: 6+ years SAP FI/CO experience with at least 2 full-cycle Central Finance implementations.
Must-Have: Hands-on SLT configuration, AIF monitoring and error resolution for data replication.
Must-Have: Deep knowledge of S/4HANA Universal Journal, cost object mapping and document splitting.
Must-Have: Proficiency in solution design, fit-gap analysis and writing FSDs/WRICEF specs.
Preferred: Exposure to Group Reporting, Central Payments or Master Data Governance.
Preferred: SAP Activate or CPA/CA certification and experience in Agile delivery models.
