Job Title: Business Analyst

Job Overview

Business Analyst


Key Responsibilities

  • Work with business teams to gather requirements, prepare BRDs, and drive end-to-end solution delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to validate data, prepare documentation, conduct testing, and support UAT.
  • Map business processes to SAP processes and act as a liaison between business and technical teams.
  • Define solutions for

    Data Analytics, Reporting, and AI-based insights

    .
  • Prepare detailed presentations and process flows, ensuring alignment with SAP structure and business needs.
  • Support SAP ERP processes across

    SD, MM, P2P, FICO, FI, S/4HANA, Ariba, CFIN

    , etc.
  • Understand data modeling concepts and work with SQL queries for validations and analysis.
  • Ensure successful delivery of solution components with strong ownership and accountability.
  • Work in Agile environments following Scrum, Lean, Kanban, and XP principles.
  • Demonstrate strong business process acumen and ability to connect processes to data architecture.
  • Provide expertise in troubleshooting and resolving issues across projects and workflows.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Manufacturing domain (Mandatory).

  • Hands-on exposure to SAP ERP modules:

    SD, MM, P2P, FICO, FI

    , and additional experience with

    S/4HANA, ARIBA, CFIN

    .
  • Strong understanding of Data Modeling, SQL, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven experience delivering solution design, documentation, and implementation support.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience in defining analytical and AI-driven solutions.
  • Strong presentation and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
