Job Title: SAP BO/BW Consultant – Opus BI/BW Location: Bengaluru Working Hours: Full-Time – UK Shift Experience Required: 12 Years (with 8+ years relevant in SAP BI/BW) Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled SAP BO/BW Consultant with deep expertise in SAP BW on HANA , SAP Business Objects , and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) . This role will involve end-to-end solution design, data integration, dashboard/report development, and performance optimization across complex SAP and non-SAP environments. You will also work on emerging technologies including SAP Datasphere , predictive analytics , and cloud data modeling , enabling data-driven decision-making for enterprise-level reporting and planning. Key Responsibilities: 1. Solution Design & Development Design and develop data models using SAP BW on HANA , including: Advanced DataStore Objects (ADSOs) Composite Providers InfoObjects and Transformations Build and optimize SAP Datasphere -based solutions for enterprise data warehousing (EDW) Develop dashboards and solutions in: SAP BO (WebI, Lumira, Analysis for Office) SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) , including SAC Planning for forecasting 2. Data Integration & Optimization Implement and manage ETL processes for seamless data flow across systems Optimize performance using HANA native SQL , calculation views , and advanced scripting 3. Reporting & Analytics Create interactive dashboards and reports tailored to business needs Implement predictive analytics models using SAC and Datasphere 4. Data Governance & Best Practices Ensure data consistency and quality across SAP and non-SAP systems Conduct performance tuning of data models and reporting layers for optimal user experience 5. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather reporting requirements and translate into technical solutions Provide training and support to end-users for SAP BI tools Required Skills (Essential): SAP BW on HANA Strong experience in: ADSOs Composite Providers InfoObjects Transformations Skilled in HANA-optimized data flows and calculation views ☁ SAP Datasphere Hands-on experience in data modeling, data integration, and creating central EDW SAP BO & SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Proficient in BO tools: WebI, Lumira, Analysis for Office Advanced knowledge of SAC and SAC Planning ETL & Scripting Expertise in SQL , ABAP for BW , and custom scripting for ETL workflows Desirable Skills (Good to Have): Experience in predictive analytics using SAC for simulations and forecasting Familiarity with HANA native development and performance optimization Ability to integrate non-SAP data sources for consolidated reporting Market Standard Expectations: 1. Certifications: SAP BW/4HANA or SAP BW on HANA certification (preferred) Certification in SAP Data sphere or SAC is an added advantage 2. Cross-Integration Experience: Integration of external systems and tools with SAP BW on HANA and Data sphere Familiarity with hybrid cloud landscapes and multi-system environments 3. Emerging Technologies: Knowledge of AI/ML features in SAP Analytics Cloud Exposure to IoT-driven data solutions and innovation-driven reporting environments Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹467,527.40 - ₹1,740,360.47 per year Application Question(s): How many years of hands-on experience do you have with SAP BW on HANA?
