Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced SAP BASIS Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in HANA modeling and Oracle database administration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the administration, monitoring, and optimization of SAP landscapes, ensuring system performance, stability, and availability.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform SAP BASIS administration, including installation, configuration, upgrades, migrations, and system refreshes.
Manage and optimize SAP HANA systems, including HANA modeling, schema management, and performance tuning.
Administer and maintain Oracle databases supporting SAP applications — backup, recovery, patching, and performance tuning.
Implement system monitoring, troubleshooting, and proactive maintenance for SAP systems.
Manage user administration, roles, profiles, and authorizations within SAP environments.
Coordinate with development and functional teams to ensure smooth system operations and project delivery.
Apply and test SAP Notes, support packages, and kernel upgrades.
Ensure compliance with security, audit, and backup standards.
Support DR (Disaster Recovery) and system restoration activities.
Document processes, procedures, and system configurations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
5+ years of experience as an SAP BASIS Administrator.
Strong knowledge of SAP HANA (installation, configuration, performance tuning, and modeling).
Hands-on experience with Oracle Database Administration (10g/11g/12c or higher).
Expertise in SAP system copies, migrations, and upgrades.
Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager, SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and Fiori environments.
Knowledge of OS and network-level troubleshooting (Linux/Unix/Windows).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
