About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Basis Consultant to manage, administer, and support our SAP landscapes. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP Basis administration, system monitoring, upgrades, migrations, and troubleshooting, ensuring optimal system performance, availability, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform SAP Basis administration, including installation, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

• Manage SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, Solution Manager, PI/PO, etc.) across environments.

• Handle system copies, migrations, and upgrades in coordination with infrastructure teams.

• Perform user administration, roles, and authorizations within SAP.

• Ensure system performance tuning, database management, and backup strategies.

• Apply Support Packs, Kernel upgrades, and OSS notes as required.

• Coordinate with functional, development, and infrastructure teams for smooth operations.

• Ensure system availability, disaster recovery readiness, and high performance.

• Maintain documentation of SAP landscapes, configurations, and changes.

• Support audit, compliance, and security requirements.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP Basis administration (ABAP & Java stacks).

• Good knowledge of SAP HANA, Oracle, or SQL databases.

• Experience with SAP Solution Manager (monitoring, CHARM, system landscape management).

• Expertise in SAP system upgrades, migrations, and patches.

• Understanding of SAP security concepts, roles, and authorizations.

• Familiarity with OS (Linux/Windows/Unix) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for SAP hosting.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹610,291.64 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
