SAP ARIBA Consultant

Job Description:

Capita Technologies is currently looking for an SAP ARIBA Consultant to be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Experience: Minimum 8+ years

Responsibilities:

· Implementing Ariba's downstream (Procure-to-Pay, Guided Buying, Catalogs, Network) and upstream (Sourcing, Contract Management) modules, alongside skills in SAP CPI, supplier management, and integration with other ERPs.

· Key responsibilities include designing, configuring, and deploying Ariba solutions to meet business needs, writing functional specifications, and conducting testing.

· Design and implement end-to-end SAP Ariba solutions, including downstream modules like Procure-to-Pay and Guided Buying, and upstream modules such as Strategic Sourcing and Contract Management.

· Configure the Ariba system to meet specific client requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

· Develop functional specifications and configuration documents for the implemented solutions.

· Implement complex integrations between SAP Ariba and non-SAP ERP systems using platforms like SAP CPI.

· Provide ongoing application management services and support to ensure system efficiency and optimal performance.

· Participate in various testing phases, including unit, system, and user acceptance testing, to ensure successful deployment.

· Ensure all development adheres to SAP best practices.

Qualification and skills:

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.

· At least 8 years of experience as an SAP ARIBA Consultant.

· Deep experience with end-to-end implementation of both downstream (P2P, Guided Buying, Catalogs, Network) and upstream (Sourcing, Contracts) Ariba modules

· SAP certification is required

· Proficiency with SAP CPI for integration and a strong understanding of supplier collaboration processes.

· Ability to design and implement complex integrations between SAP Ariba and various ERP systems.

· Strong understanding of supplier lifecycle, performance management, and supplier risk.

· Experience in translating business requirements into technical specifications.

· Strong understanding of SAP architecture and best practices.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with functional teams. Proficiency in translating business requirements into technical solutions and managing application releases and fixes.

· Team leadership and collaboration with stakeholders skills are vital.

· Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and strong communication skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Good verbal and written communication in English.
