Job Description

You should be a Graduate with at least 9 years of experience in SAP Ariba implementation activities, including requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, system configuration & customization, cutover, Go-live, etc. Experience in integration with SAP ECC or S4 Hana is required. You must be proficient in SAP Ariba day-to-day support activities, defect analysis, and issue resolution of support incidents. Ability to identify and resolve interface issues is essential. You should have strong SAP Ariba Functional SME Skills, specifically in SAP Ariba Strategic Sourcing, Ariba Buying & Invoicing (PTP), Ariba Commerce automation/Ariba Supply chain Collaboration. A day in the life of an Infoscion involves leading the engagement effort of providing high-quality consulting solutions to customers, from problem definition to solution design, development, and deployment. You will review proposals, provide guidance, analyze solutions, identify change management requirements, and propose structured approaches for managing change. Coaching, creating a vision for the team, providing subject matter training, motivating team members, and contributing to unit-level and organizational initiatives are key aspects of the role. You should possess good knowledge of software configuration management systems, strong business acumen, strategy, and cross-industry thought leadership. Awareness of the latest technologies and industry trends, logical thinking, problem-solving skills, collaboration abilities, and industry domain knowledge are important. Understanding financial processes for various projects, pricing models, client interfacing skills, knowledge of SDLC and agile methodologies, as well as project and team management skills are also required.
