Role Description We are looking for resource with SAP ABAP hands-on development experience. Experience in at least one functional area such as SAP SD/MM/PP/QM/PM/WM/e is added advantage. Should have at least two full cycle implementations, Upgrade, Rollout, Support Projects experience. Key Responsibilities: Designs, implements, maintains, and troubleshoots Eastman’s SAP applications Leads complex projects including the design, specifications, and implementation of new capabilities. Hands-on development and configuration of SAP to create critical solutions. ABAP programming. Provides day-to-day application support: Address broke/fix, provide consultation, investigate data issues. Interact with other functional areas to understand upstream and downstream impacts. Provides input into cloud-based solutions as required to meet changing business needs. Interacts with vendors and service providers to understand the relationship, troubleshooting issues, ensures adequate support levels are in place, and evaluates new cloud services and frameworks. Peer collaboration working with others within the team. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree ( 16 years educations Is mandatory ) 5-8 years of experience in SAP development. Configuration experience in MFG area is added advantage (Techno-functional) Preferred who have Techno-Functional Experience Required Skills SAP ECC experience -Design and develop programs, enhancement objects (Customer Exits, User-Exit and BADI’S), BAPIs, IDOCS, Module pools, Interfaces, BDC, ALV reports, using ABAP Hands-on experience on Smart Forms, Adobe forms and SAP Script Knowledge in SAP MFG area or in any other functional area is added value Extensive experience in Analysis, Development, Debugging, Configuration & Customization Interact and communicate effectively with the business and functional teams Candidate with experience in S/4 HANA Migration, CDS Views, FIORI, OData would be preferred Knowledge of Agile software development cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and deployment Should be ready to work as TECHNO-FUNCTIONAL Analyst Strong communication skills – verbal, written, listening Good interpersonal skills, self-starter: detailed and results oriented Excellent follow through skills Ability to analyze data, diagnose issues, and propose recommendations Flexible to work in dynamic environment and timings Eastman Chemical Company is an equal opportunity employer.
