Salon Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Salon Manager to lead and manage day-to-day operations of our salon. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, be customer-service oriented, and have a passion for the beauty and wellness industry. The Salon Manager will ensure smooth operations, maximize customer satisfaction, and drive revenue growth through team management, service quality, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:Operations & Administration Oversee daily salon operations including appointments, inventory, hygiene, and equipment maintenance. Maintain service standards and ensure client satisfaction through consistent quality control. Manage POS system, billing, and daily cash or sales reporting. Team Leadership Supervise, train, and motivate hairstylists, beauticians, receptionists, and housekeeping staff. Monitor team performance and conduct regular feedback/reviews. Schedule staff shifts, manage attendance, leaves, and resolve conflicts. Customer Service Ensure a warm, welcoming environment for all clients. Address client concerns, feedback, and resolve complaints efficiently. Monitor and maintain high levels of client retention and repeat business. Sales & Marketing Achieve monthly sales targets for services and retail products. Suggest promotions, service packages, and customer engagement strategies. Upsell and cross-sell services and products effectively. Inventory & Vendor Management Monitor stock levels of consumables and retail products. Place orders in a timely manner and ensure cost control. Manage vendor relations and negotiate best pricing for supplies. Required Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of experience in salon/spa management Proven team management and leadership skills. Strong knowledge of salon services and industry trends. Good communication skills in English and local language. Proficiency in using salon management software or POS systems. Preferred Skills:Sales-driven mindset with a strong focus on targets. Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations. Professional grooming and interpersonal etiquette. Certification in beauty, cosmetology, or salon management (preferred but not mandatory).
