Salon Business Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute
sales & marketing strategies
to increase salon visibility and profitability.
Ensure
exceptional client service standards
to deliver superior customer experiences.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the salon team to achieve performance goals.
Drive
revenue growth
through service innovation, upselling, and cross-selling.
Acquire and retain new clients through community engagement, promotions, and partnerships.
Oversee daily operations, budgeting, and inventory management to ensure smooth functioning.
