Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesperson, based in Agra with flexibility for some work from home. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, maintaining and building client relationships, and achieving sales targets in alignment with the company’s strategic goals. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the marketing team to highlight product benefits, providing knowledgeable advice on veterinary health products, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also requires regular visits to clients, presentations, and staying informed about market trends and competitor activities to proactively identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Knowledge of veterinary medicine, animal health products, or the pharmaceutical industry is highly preferred
  • Proficiency in negotiation, presentation skills, and customer engagement
  • Strategic thinking and ability to analyze market trends to generate leads and drive sales growth
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working both independently and in a hybrid work model
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities to meet sales targets and deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Veterinary Sciences, Biology, or a related field is preferred
  • Willingness to travel as required within the assigned territory
