Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesperson, based in Kochi, with the opportunity for partial remote work. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and developing customer leads, establishing and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key tasks include managing client accounts, analyzing market trends, and providing exceptional customer support to deliver tailored solutions for clients. The role may also involve creating and presenting sales proposals to potential clients.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in Sales and Account Management, with skills in customer engagement and relationship building.
• Proficiency in Market Research and Analysis to identify trends and opportunities effectively.
• Strong Communication and Negotiation skills to create compelling sales proposals and close deals successfully.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
• Self-motivation, organizational skills, and goal-oriented mindset are essential.
• Experience in the food industry or FMCG sector is preferred.
• Proficiency in local language(s) and familiarity with Kerala's market is a plus.
