Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for Sales Staff, located in Kochi with some allowances for work from home. The Sales Staff will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including generating leads, making sales calls, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining customer relations. Additional responsibilities include achieving sales targets, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop strategies for increasing sales.

Qualifications

Strong Sales and Lead Generation skills
Excellent Customer Service and Relationship Management skills
Proficiency in Sales Reporting and Analytics
Ability to collaborate effectively with Marketing and other teams
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and in a hybrid working environment
Experience in the food industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
