Role Overview: You will be joining Gautam Plywood, a trusted name in the wood and panel industry based in Latur, Maharashtra. As a Salesperson, your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers, sell products, manage client relationships, and achieve sales targets. Your role will involve providing product information, closing sales, following up with leads, and identifying new business opportunities. Additionally, you will be monitoring sales performance and preparing reports for the management team. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with customers to promote and sell plywood, laminates, veneers, and other products - Maintain and manage client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction - Drive sales targets by closing sales and generating new business opportunities - Provide product information and address customer queries effectively - Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management review Qualification Required: - Strong customer service and client relationship management skills - Proficiency in sales techniques and strategies - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to meet targets and thrive in a goal-oriented environment - Strong organizational and time management skills - Experience in the plywood or related industry is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred,
