You will be joining ICL Fincorp Limited, a prominent player in the Gold Loan-oriented Non-Banking Financial Sector (NBFC) established in 1999. The company's headquarters is in Irinjalakkuda, Thrissur, Kerala, with a strong presence in five South Indian states and plans for further nationwide expansion. In addition to gold loans, ICL Fincorp offers a diverse range of financial services, including business loans, vehicle loans, money transfer, forex, and travel and tourism. The ICL group encompasses various entities like ICL Chits Ltd and ICL Builders Ltd, earning a reputation as a trustworthy name in both households and business circles. As a Sales Attendant based in Thrissur, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer service. You will assist clients with their inquiries regarding financial products, promote various products and services, and work towards achieving sales targets. Your daily tasks will involve engaging with customers, maintaining records, collaborating with team members, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by promptly addressing their needs and concerns.
