This full-time, on-site role located in Vadodara is for a Salesperson at Heyrambh Engineering Solutions. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, nurturing relationships with existing clients, and understanding customer needs. Your daily tasks will include developing sales strategies, preparing sales reports, representing the company at trade exhibitions, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. To excel in this role, you should have Client Acquisition and Relationship Management skills, Sales Strategy Development and Implementation skills, experience in Market Research and Analysis, excellent Communication and Negotiation skills, proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office, ability to work independently and in a team setting, and experience in the engineering or manufacturing industry would be advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field is required.
