Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson based in Bhubaneswar. The Salesperson will focus on building and maintaining client relationships, identifying and capturing sales opportunities, and promoting Cream Bell’s products. Day-to-day tasks include meeting sales targets, interacting with customers, preparing reports, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and consultation.

Qualifications

• Sales and Negotiation skills to drive results and close deals.
• Communication and Customer Relationship Management skills to engage with clients effectively and maintain strong relationships.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving skills to identify opportunities and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
• Time Management and Organizational skills for setting priorities and achieving targets consistently.
• Prior experience in a sales role or the food production industry is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently in an on-site environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
