Job Opening: Production Executive Ice Cream Plant Location: Kathua, J&K Company: Devyani Food Industries Ltd. Department: Production Position: Full-Time Experience Required: 04-06 years (FMCG/Dairy/Ice Cream preferred) Salary: As per industry standards Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Production Executive to join our Ice Cream Plant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring quality standards, maintaining equipment efficiency, and meeting production targets. Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day ice cream production operations (mixing, freezing, packaging, etc.) Monitor manpower, shift schedules, and resource utilization Ensure product quality, hygiene, and food safety compliance (FSSAI, HACCP) Maintain records of production data, wastage, and downtime Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and Store departments Candidate Requirements: Bachelors/Diploma in Food Technology / Dairy Technology / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering 25 years of experience in a production role (preferably in ice cream, dairy, or frozen dessert sector) How to Apply: Interested candidates can send their updated resume to Sarvendra@creawithbell.com the subject line: Application for Production Executive
