Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Dairy Milk Food Specialist, located in Ayodhya. The Dairy Milk Food Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the production and quality control of dairy products. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring product quality, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the food & beverage team to maintain high standards and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge and experience in Dairy Products
  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Expertise in Quality Control
  • Experience in the Food & Beverage industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or related field is advantageous
  • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
