This is a full-time hybrid role with some work-from-home flexibility.You’ll be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with architects, contractors, and end clients, and representing GAIA’s design and quality excellence in every interaction.Key Responsibilities:• Identify and generate new business opportunities across South India• Build, manage, and grow key client relationships• Present, pitch, and promote our flooring and surface solutions• Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively• Track activities using CRM tools and maintain sales reports• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on client needs and market insights⸻Qualifications:• Proven experience in Sales / Business Development (preferably in flooring, interiors, or building materials industry)• Excellent communication and negotiation skills• Industry knowledge of flooring, acoustics, or related product categories• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and team player mindset• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
