Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson located in Indore. The Salesperson will be responsible for generating leads, identifying potential customers, and selling life insurance products. Daily tasks include meeting and advising clients on their insurance needs, providing product information, achieving sales targets, and maintaining client relationships. The Salesperson will also conduct market research, attend training sessions, and participate in promotional activities.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and customer service skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to perform market research and develop sales strategies
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of life insurance products is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in Indore
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Proven track record in sales or relevant customer service experience is advantageous
