Job Summary:

We're looking for a motivated and results-driven salesperson to join our team. As a salesperson, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with existing clients, and driving sales growth. If you're a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new business leads through prospecting, networking, and research

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and in-person meetings

- Present products or services to potential clients and address their needs and concerns

- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity

- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements:

- Proven sales experience, preferably in a similar industry

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
