Job Title: Accounts Assistant

Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounts Assistant to support our finance team with day-to-day accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial operations. The ideal candidate will have basic accounting knowledge, be detail-oriented, and have good organizational skills.
* Responsibilities:- Assist in processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Handle invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliations
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and support month-end closing
- Assist in preparing financial reports and data entry
- Collaborate with the finance team for smooth financial operations
- Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned
* Requirements:- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Experience with accounting software is a plus
