Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson located in Vishakhapatnam. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and demonstrating how our event planning services meet those needs. Daily tasks also include preparing sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. The Salesperson will work closely with the events team to ensure client satisfaction and coordinate successful events. Qualifications Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Proven ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Previous experience in sales, preferably in the event planning industry Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field Flexible and adaptable with a focus on client satisfaction
