This is a full-time hybrid role with some work-from-home flexibility. You’ll be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with architects, contractors, and end clients, and representing GAIA’s design and quality excellence in every interaction. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and generate new business opportunities across South India • Build, manage, and grow key client relationships • Present, pitch, and promote our flooring and surface solutions • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively • Track activities using CRM tools and maintain sales reports • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on client needs and market insights ⸻ Qualifications: • Proven experience in Sales / Business Development (preferably in flooring, interiors, or building materials industry) • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Industry knowledge of flooring, acoustics, or related product categories • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and team player mindset • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
