Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson located in Mumbai. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients, understanding client needs, and providing suitable product or service recommendations. Daily tasks include conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction. This role also involves staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand client needs and present suitable solutions
• Strong analytical skills and ability to generate sales reports
• Knowledge of market research and cost-benefit analysis
• Customer service orientation and ability to meet sales goals
• Team player with a proactive approach
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
