Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson based in Tijara Tehsil. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying potential customers, establishing and maintaining client relationships, and pitching the company’s products or services. The role also involves understanding customer needs, negotiating sales agreements, meeting sales targets, and preparing regular sales reports. Additionally, the Salesperson will represent the company at trade shows and events to promote sales opportunities and brand visibility.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Negotiation
• Excellent Communication, Persuasion, and Presentation abilities
• Proficient in Market Research and Customer Needs Analysis
• Ability to meet targets with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant experience in sales or a related field, with knowledge of the local market
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
