Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Surat for a Salesperson. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building and maintaining customer relationships, understanding client needs, and providing relevant product solutions. Day-to-day tasks include reaching out to potential clients, conducting product presentations, negotiating contracts, and closing sales deals. Additionally, the Salesperson will track sales performance, report progress to management, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proven sales experience in the industrial products domain, including bearings, hydraulics, and power transmission components
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand and analyze client needs and offer appropriate product solutions
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
