Job Title: Salesforce Technical Architect15

Experience: 10+ Years

Role Overview

Senior Technical Architect

Key Responsibilities

Lead the architecture and design of personalization solutions across Salesforce
Understands how to activate the personalization usecases on channels build using Drupal (or any other CMS
Define end-to-end technical blueprints integrating
data pipelines (Glue, Redshift, PySpark)
, content management, and customer engagement platforms.
Partner with product owners, data engineers, and developers to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Enable
real-time decisioning and personalization
leveraging AI/ML models built in Python.
Ensure best practices in cloud-native architectures, security, and performance optimization.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and governance across the delivery lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience

15+ years in software architecture, with at least 4+ years in personalization or martech platforms.
Strong expertise in
AWS Glue, Redshift, PySpark
for large-scale data engineering workflows.
Proven experience with
Salesforce Marketing Cloud / CRM
and
Drupal
for content personalization.
Solid experience in
AI/ML model development using Python
(scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
Understanding of real-time data pipelines, APIs, and integration patterns.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in healthcare, retail, or financial services domains is a plus.
