Job Summary:

Salesforce Support Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Salesforce support function, ensuring timely resolution of production issues and service requests.
• Handle day-to-day 

  ticket triaging, analysis, and resolution

  , ensuring SLAs are met.
• Perform 

  SOQL queries

  , data analysis, and troubleshooting directly from the backend as needed.
• Conduct 

  root cause analysis

   and implement long-term fixes to recurring issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver both administrative and development tasks.
• Debug and resolve code-related issues across Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Maintain and optimize Salesforce configurations including objects, fields, workflows, process builders, validation rules, etc.
• Ensure 

  data integrity

  , security, and compliance within the Salesforce environment.
• Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices in support and development.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and support SOPs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5

  years

   of experience in Salesforce development and administration.
• Strong command of 

  SOQL

  , Apex debugging, and production issue analysis.
• Experience in 

  handling support tickets

   and resolving queries from the backend.
• Proven experience in both 

  Salesforce development and admin

   functions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and coordination skills to work with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Prior experience in 

  leading or mentoring

   a small team.
• Salesforce Administrator or Developer certification is a plus.
