Job Title : Sales Executive / Sales Manager – B2B Digital Products (Real Estate Sector) Location : Mumbai/Thane Experience : 3–5 Years Industry : Real Estate / Construction Tech / Enterprise Software Type : Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to drive B2B sales of our digital products — including ERP systems and analytical dashboards — to real estate and construction companies in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience selling similar products such as Farvision, Strategic ERP, In4Velocity, Highrise, etc., and possess a deep understanding of the real estate industry’s operational and technological needs. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Client Acquisition : Identify, prospect, and close deals with real estate developers, construction companies, and property management firms in Mumbai. Product Demos & Presentations : Conduct compelling product demonstrations tailored to client needs, highlighting key features and ROI. Consultative Selling : Understand client pain points, operational workflows, and offer the best-fit solution using our ERP and analytics platform. Post order booking coordination Payment collection Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, project heads, IT managers, and procurement teams. Customer engagement during entire business cycle, periodic visit etc Sales Cycle Management : Manage the complete sales process — from lead qualification to negotiation and deal closure. Territory Travel : Actively travel within Mumbai to meet potential clients, conduct on-site demos, and build ground-level rapport. Market Intelligence : Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and product updates, and share insights with the product and strategy teams. Reporting & CRM : Maintain accurate records of client interactions, pipeline status, and reporting via CRM tools. Required Qualifications & Skills Experience : 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales of ERP, project management, or analytical dashboard solutions — specifically to Real Estate or Construction companies in Mumbai . Product Knowledge : Prior experience selling platforms like Farvision, StrategicERP, In4Velocity, Highrise , or similar solutions. Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in Hindi and Marathi is a plus. Industry Exposure : Strong understanding of the real estate development lifecycle, construction processes, and operational pain points. Tech-Savvy : Ability to understand and explain technical features of ERP and analytics platforms in business terms. Mobility : Willingness to travel extensively within the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. Nice to Have Existing network or relationships with decision-makers in the Mumbai real estate ecosystem. Experience working in or selling to real estate verticals like residential, commercial, or mixed-use development. Exposure to SaaS-based sales or cloud ERP platforms.
