Job Summary

A Salesforce Technical Architect is a highly experienced and skilled professional who designs and leads the technical delivery of Salesforce solutions for clients, ensuring they align with business objectives. They translate business requirements into technical solutions, design integrations with other systems, and manage the overall technical architecture of Salesforce implementations. Key Responsibilities: Solution Design: Designing end to end technical solutions on the Salesforce platform, including custom development, integrations, and data migration. Technical Leadership: Leading technical design sessions, providing guidance on best practices, and mentoring development teams. Integration Expertise: Designing and implementing integrations between Salesforce and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation. Data Modeling and Management: Defining the data architecture within Salesforce, ensuring scalability, security, and efficient data management. Collaboration and Communication: Working with business analysts, stakeholders, and other technical teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions. Security and Compliance: Ensuring the security of Salesforce implementations and adherence to relevant compliance standards. Innovation and Best Practices: Staying up to date with the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices, and contributing to the continuous improvement of the platform. Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving technical issues related to Salesforce implementations, often acting as a technical escalation point. Skills and Qualifications: Extensive Salesforce Experience: Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, including various clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.) and development capabilities. Technical Architecture Knowledge: Strong background in systems architecture, data modeling, and integration patterns. Coding Proficiency: Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other relevant Salesforce development technologies. Integration Experience: Familiarity with various integration patterns and tools for connecting Salesforce with other systems. Communication and Leadership: Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills to effectively guide teams and communicate with stakeholders. Problem Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop creative solutions. Certifications: Salesforce certifications (e.g., Certified Technical Architect, Certified Application Architect, Certified System Architect) are often highly desirable
