Job Title: Salesforce ArchitectLocation: TechM Blr RMZSEZYears of Experience: 7 10 YearsJob Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Architect with a strong focus on Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC)
The ideal candidate will have 7 10 years of experience in Salesforce architecture and development, with a proven track record of designing and implementing scalable solutions
This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices and the ability to lead technical teams in delivering high quality solutions
Responsibilities:Design and implement Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards
Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Lead the development team in coding, testing, and deploying Salesforce applications
Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers on Salesforce technologies
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and technologies, particularly in Lightning Web Components
Develop and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce solutions
Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the overall technical strategy of the organization
Ensure the performance, security, and scalability of Salesforce applications
Mandatory Skills:Strong expertise in Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) is a deal breaker
Proficient in Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies
Experience with Salesforce integration patterns and APIs
Solid understanding of Salesforce data model and security model
Ability to design and implement complex Salesforce solutions
Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
Preferred Skills:Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools and CI/CD processes
Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS)
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools
Experience in leading technical teams and projects
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Architect, Salesforce Developer, or equivalent
Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
7 10 years of experience in Salesforce architecture and development
Proven experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions with a focus on Lightning Web Components
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities
